Having moved from New York City, with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy, a B.A. in Health + Exercise Science, a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance, an assistant to internationally known, Shiva Rea + featured on the cover of Yoga Journal magazine, Sarah is a nationally recognized instructor who brings her holistic wellness expertise to her private practice based in Park City, Utah.  
Practicing yoga for 10 years + teaching for 8 years, the roots of Sarah’s teaching are expressed through the creativity of her own personal style; a background in dance, her education, independent studies in Ayurveda, Kalari, Thai Massage + inspiration from world renowned Master yoga instructors; principally Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher, Shiva Rea, with whom Sarah is honored to have assisted.
 
Other teachers with whom Sarah has studied include Gerhard Schmid, Kai Hitzer, Saul David Raye, Mark Whitwell, Cyndi Lee,  Ana Forrest, Pattabhis Jois, Baron Baptiste,  Sean Corne, Rodney Yee, Alan Finger, Arline  Jernigan, Sarla Nichols, Jimmy Lewis, Simon Park + Twee Merrigan.  
At the original location in New York City on Madison Ave., Sarah also worked for the prestigious Exhale Spa, where she taught + managed the mind-body program.  Sarah's experience in Physical Therapy includes work with Broadway dancers in New York City + a background in Sports Medicine.  Sarah provides a holistic, personal, hands-on approach to all kinds of injury rehabilitation.
Sarah’s personal style has evolved  through years of study + self practice;  Sarah’s Flowmotion™ yoga classes honor experienced yogi's who are ready to let it all out!  The uniqueness of these practices is found in a balance between minimal instructions that will creatively dance you to your edge + the liberating encouragement to find the authenticity of your own personal practice.  
 
By eliminating excessive technical instructions, you will be dynamically inspired to uncover the inherent rhythm found within us.  Classes include a challenging, yet approachable Prana Flow Yoga practice set to a progressive soundtrack of both stimulating + chill beats.
